During the 2015-16 Out of the Cold service season, 13 congregations provided overnight shelter for 95 adults.
Many other groups and organizations contribute to make Out of the Cold: Centre County a success.
Since its beginning in 2011, over 400 volunteers have been trained to support this effort.
Out of the Cold: Centre County is a grassroots effort and is registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

The Out of the Cold: Centre County Board of Directors consists of a representative from each participating religious community, Centre County Housing Transitions, the Women's Resource Center, Community Help Centre, Youth Service Bureau, State College Food Bank, and Interfaith Human Services. The Board meets throughout the year to coordinate the OOTC3 program.
